170 medals at home: the 2024 Junior Olympics in College Station

With the USATF National Junior Olympic Championships held practically in our backyard at Texas A&M University in College Station, Track Houston delivered one of its biggest hauls ever: 170 medals, including 31 golds, 13 silvers and 31 bronzes.

Standouts included Jace Coleman with multiple golds in the 11-12 division, Harrison Lowe with triple jump gold and long jump bronze in 15-16, and Dillon Mitchell with 100m gold and 200m bronze in 15-16. Relay squads from 8U through 17-18 put medals on the board across the 4x100m, 4x400m and 4x800m.
